Receptionist

Neros is looking for a mission-focused Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our facility. This person sets the tone the moment someone walks through our doors — for employees, candidates, vendors, and VIPs alike. They take pride in a well-run front office, an organized lobby, and a workplace where the details are handled before anyone has to ask. This role is a great fit for someone who wants to grow their career in facilities and workplace operations inside a fast-moving defense startup.

• 1–3 years of experience in reception, office coordination, hospitality, or a similar guest-facing role
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
• Comfortable juggling multiple requests and shifting priorities throughout the day
• Proficiency with standard office software (email, calendar, spreadsheets, visitor management systems)
• Experience working at a startup or other fast-paced environment where adaptability is required
• Availability to support occasional early mornings, late nights, or weekend events as needed
• Professional, warm, and composed presence with guests and VIPs

• Experience supporting executive teams or VIPs
• Experience supporting company events
• Experience in aerospace, defense, or controlled/secure environments
• Basic knowledge of workplace and facilities operations

$60,000 - $90,000 USD

The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations. Highly competitive equity grants are considered part of Neros' total compensation package.
