What is the role? The Inside Sales position bridges the gap between marketing and sales teams. What this means for the ambitious and self-starting professional is the ability to nurture your entrepreneurial skills, express your ability to innovate and significantly impact the growth trajectory of NextRow Digital. You’ll help Account Executives cultivate leads and sell NextRow services. You will closely work with marketing team to nurture, creating outreach strategies and identifying sales opportunities. Must Haves: Excellent communication skills (verbal, written) Social media savvy (LinkedIn, Twitter to be specific) High speed thinking – connect problems with solution offerings and bring clients to meetings Your first month: Learn NextRow services and messaging Learn the tools necessary to be successful: Dynamics CRM, Marketo, prospecting, scripts, objection handling, service info, etc. Leverage any opportunity you can to learn the market and the business Consistently meet goals for initial presentation setup Beyond First month: Continue to build on your core skills and product/industry knowledge Know what it takes to meet or exceed your goals and maintain the momentum to do so Begin to expand your knowledge of Inside Sales duties and responsibilities Work with mentors to set goals for yourself to gain consideration for promotion What does it take?
