Executive Assistant

As the Executive Assistant to C-level executives, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of Northwood’s executive leadership by providing high-level administrative and strategic support. You will serve as a trusted partner, managing schedules, coordinating communications, and facilitating key initiatives that align with the company’s mission. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to anticipate needs in a dynamic and high-growth environment.

  Minimum 4 years experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role supporting C-level executives in a fast-paced environment

  Strong ability to manage multiple priorities with excellent attention to detail and high level of discretion, professionalism, and ability to handle confidential information

  High proficiency in productivity tools (Microsoft, Slack, Notion, etc.)

  Ability to anticipate needs and proactively solve problems
