Nova 401(k) Associates is looking to fill fully remote Senior Defined Contribution Account Manager positions. We will provide you with a home office set-up including a computer and a phone. Nova has been offering remote work for over 10 years. We offer a great work experience for our remote employees!
Nova 401(k) Associates is a vibrant third party non-producing administration firm. We have a nationally recognized sales team allowing us to grow continuously and provide career advancement opportunities for our professionals.
This position supports a great work-life balance with a 37.5 hour work week, generous PTO, and overtime pay. Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Maintain client and advisor relationships with a high active client retention rate
- →Maintain a caseload of more complicated plans
- →Perform escalated work product review for other team members
- →Manage and prioritize your workload towards weekly goals in a results-oriented team environment
- →Exemplify superior client service and the ability to consult with clients regarding plan operation and design
- →Proactively communicate with clients and investment advisors about new industry developments
- →Work with other Nova departments, record-keepers, and advisors to ensure a great client experience
- →Perform work according to Nova policies and procedures
Requirements
~1 min read- Ten or more years of 401(k) plan administration experience
- NIPA or ASPPA credentials
- College degree
- Superior knowledge of ADP/ACP, 415, 410(b), Top Heavy and 401(a)(4) non-discrimination testing
- Superior knowledge of 401(a)4 and controlled group testing; mergers and acquisitions experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent time management, organizational skills, and ability to multi-task
- Ability to proactively and independently manage a book of business
- Excellent organizational skills
- High level of critical thinking
- Committed to lifelong learning and coachable
