Responsibilities

→Prospect and develop new business opportunities through outbound calls and strategic outreach
→Build your own pipeline and maintain your own book of business
→Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through funding
→Understand customer financing needs and recommend customized equipment finance solutions
→Consistently meet or exceed individual sales goals and performance metrics
→Collaborate with Credit and Documentation teams to ensure transactions meet all underwriting and documentation requirements
→Participate in ongoing sales training, coaching, and professional development

Requirements

Five years of sales experience preferred
Two years of Business to Business (B2B) sales experience preferred
Ability to identify and close new business over the phone
Ability to successfully sell over the phone
Proven track record of executing high dollar transactions
Top performer attitude, unwavering work ethic, and a desire to succeed
Excellent collaboration and negotiation skills
Superior communication skills, both written and verbal
Coachable mindset and motivation to implement feedback
Maintain a competitive, yet team oriented attitude
