Position Purpose: To assist with the general business operation in the Telekom Tulagi office, Central Province. Accountabilities: • Drive to make effective and efficient Sale of products and services to Central province agents and customers. • Increase Sales of Mobile phones; maintain fixed lines and internet services in surrounding Central Province. • Provide services to all Distributors, Agent Top up facilities for prepaid services in the province. • Visit new businesses and partners in the Central province at least 2 to 3 times a day. • Carry out banking of receipts and submitting financial reports to finance department on a daily basis. • Build customers interest in the services & products offered by the Company. • Knowledgeable in regards to our products and services to attend and resolve queries on our services and products from customers. • Provide assistance to the management level in building long term relationships with the customers. • Organise monthly outdoor sales of mobile and other products and services to rural customers. • Managing Customer Complaints efficiently. • Managing Office and filling of customer records. • Execute customer service skills, and work on continuous improvements to raise the quality of services to customers in the province. • Be pro-active for improvement on services • Problem solving skills & ability to multi-task with sense of Urgency & process improvement experiences. • Receive & distribute information collected to provincial stations in order to deal with market demand. • Provide weekly report stock level to senior provincial sales officer. • Provide Monthly Sales report to senior provincial Officer. • Advice SPO when to place stocks refurbishment orders. • Assist your SPO’s by submit orders by referring to price lists and product literature • Recommends changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments. • Provide weekly Sales report on Me Topup to Senior Provincial Officer. • Assist installations and services restorations on daily basis. • Confident user of Microsoft excel, word and Vx-View, ODOO • Exercise Self discipline. • Ability to treat people with dignity & respect under all circumstances, instil trust and Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. • High Commitment to work. • Good Communicational and interpersonal Skills. • Make sure offices are clean and tidy at all times · Requirements Competency (Skills, knowledge & experience) 1- 3 years of extensive experience in the role or a similar role Have an excellent command of English, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Have outstanding Product and Services knowledge. Possess self-confidence and negotiation skills. Knowledgeable of Territory management, able to organize and administer staff, products, and services in the provinces and outside Honiara boundaries. Have the Motivation for performing sales Able to meet team sales goals and targets and periodically provide formal and official reports/records to management. Qualification Certificate/Diploma in Sales & Marketing, tourism, business administration, or other related fields. Benefits What's on offer?
