At Forever New, we are more than a global fashion retailer. We are a passionate team driven by creativity, collaboration and innovation. We are seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to provide seamless support to our CEO, playing a pivotal role in the success of our business.

This is a unique opportunity for a highly organised, proactive and discreet EA who thrives in a fast-paced environment, anticipates needs before they arise, and enjoys building strong relationships across all levels of an organisation.

As Executive Assistant to the CEO, you will be responsible for delivering high-level executive and personal support while ensuring the smooth operation of the CEO's office. Acting as a trusted partner, you will manage competing priorities, coordinate key business activities, and serve as a key liaison between the CEO, Executive Leadership Team, Board Members, employees and external stakeholders.

No two days will be the same. You'll be one step ahead, expertly managing schedules, communications, travel, events and confidential matters while helping the CEO remain focused on strategic priorities.

  • Manage a complex and ever-changing executive calendar
  • Coordinate meetings, board interactions, presentations and key business activities
  • Act as the primary point of contact for CEO communications and correspondence
  • Prepare agendas, presentations, reports and meeting documentation
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements
  • Manage confidential information with professionalism and discretion
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Provide proactive diary, task and priority management
  • Provide executive and administrative support to Steve Madden Fashions, GM International, ensuring the seamless coordination of key priorities, communications, travel and operational requirements
  • Lead and coordinate special projects and business initiatives
  • Oversee general office support functions alongside the Office Coordinator/Receptionist
  • Support personal administration and appointments
  • 5+ years' experience supporting a CEO, executive leader or C-suite environment
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Outlook, Teams and PowerPoint
  • Strong business acumen and outstanding attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities and changing demands
  • Experience coordinating international travel and working across timezones
  • A proactive, hands-on and solutions-focused approach
  • High levels of discretion, professionalism and confidentiality
  • The ability to influence and build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and board members
  • Experience in retail, fashion or a fast-paced consumer environment

Whether we’re building our next range, partnering with stores or trading a season, these five values guide everything we do:

  • Think Customer
  • Respect for All
  • Keep it Simple
  • Take Responsibility
  • Act with Pace

If you’re excited to contribute to a growing global brand and play a meaningful role in our success, we’d love to hear from you. Join us as we continue to build on our 20‑year legacy and shape the future of Forever New.
