We are seeking a high-performing sales leader to serve as our VP of Sales. This individual will be responsible for building, leading, and executing the sales strategy for our Home Services vertical. As a key member of the senior leadership team, this leader will partner closely with leaders across the business to define and execute go-to-market initiatives and scale a world-class sales organization.
Responsibilities

- →Lead and mentor a high-performing sales organization, including leaders and individual contributors.
- →Maintain a deep understanding of the competitive landscape to inform our broader strategy to win the Home Services vertical
- →Attract and retain top sales talent.
- →Provide ongoing coaching and mentorship in strategic selling, pipeline development, forecasting, and deal execution.
- →Partner with the cross-functional leaders to define and implement a winning go-to-market (GTM) strategy.
- →Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue targets and growth goals.
- →Guide key strategic deals and lead complex negotiations.
- →Develop, track, and manage sales forecasts, goals, and key performance metrics.
- →Ensure accurate pipeline management and forecasting at the rep and team level.
- SaaS sales experience required.
- Strong background in SMB outbound sales.
- 5+ years of sales leadership experience, including experience “leading leaders.”
- A proven track record of exceeding revenue goals.
- Experience building, scaling, and leading high-performing sales teams and organizations.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing go-to-market strategies and sales plans.
- Experience with Home Services vertical is a plus.
- Proven ability to train and develop talent.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using metrics to drive decision-making and forecasting.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
