Sales Development Representative (DACH)

💼 Must-Have: 2+ years of experience in SDR/BDR roles. Prospecting experience in SaaS or Tech companies. Native or fluent proficiency in German and English. Experience in early-stage, high-growth startup environments.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Prospecting: Build and maintain a targeted pipeline of qualified leads that match our ideal customer profile.
- →Master Outreach: Craft personalized cold emails and make impactful calls that spark genuine interest and secure demos.
- →Demo Booking: As your primary KPI, schedule quality demos for our sales team.
- →CRM Maintenance: Maintain detailed records of all activities, notes, and lead insights.
- →Follow-Up: Execute strategic multi-channel follow-ups to keep leads engaged.
- →Team Collaboration: Work closely with the team to track the funnel and develop new strategies.
- →Continuous Improvement: Refine our outreach approach by optimizing prospecting scripts and sequences based on performance data.
Requirements
~1 min read- 2+ years of experience in SDR/BDR roles.
- Prospecting experience in SaaS or Tech companies.
- Native or fluent proficiency in German and English.
- Experience in early-stage, high-growth startup environments.
- Proven ability to prospect and book qualified demos through outbound sales activities.
- Strong writing and communication skills.
