The Territory Manager is responsible for overseeing the operations of approximately 15 convenience store locations within an assigned territory. Reporting to the Region Manager, this role focuses on driving store performance, ensuring operational efficiency, and promoting a consistent and positive customer experience. The Territory Manager will work directly with store managers, coaching and developing them to achieve sales, customer service, and operational goals in line with company standards. Additionally, the position is responsible for managing fast food offerings within the convenience stores, ensuring food safety and food quality, as well as overseeing the commercial fuel business within the assigned territory, including lead generation and B2B sales.

- →Support store managers in achieving key performance metrics, including sales, labor management, and inventory control.
- →Conduct regular store visits to assess operational performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions where necessary.
- →Team Management & Development
- →Hire, train, and develop store managers, creating a culture of accountability, growth, and customer service excellence.
- →Conduct performance evaluations, set development goals, and provide ongoing coaching and mentorship to store managers.
- →Lead team meetings and provide clear communication of company goals, expectations, and updates to store teams.
- →Financial Oversight
- →Assist in managing the territory’s budget and financial performance, ensuring stores operate within their allocated budgets and meet financial targets.
- →Analyze store-level financial data to identify trends, address underperforming areas, and maximize profitability.
- →Work with store managers to create action plans aimed at achieving sales growth and reducing expenses.
- →Customer Experience

- →Address and resolve escalated customer complaints or issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
