Proficient in both Mandarin & English 1-2 years' background in hotel sales and corporate servicing is a must. Fluent in English. Adaptable, flexible, and able to multi-task under pressure. Knowledge of sales functions: qualification, negotiation, account management. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent sales presentation, organizational and negotiation skills. Passionate about customer service. Proficient in MS Office and hotel systems like Opera and Delphi.
