Sales Executive

Engages in 6-8 dynamic sales calls daily Demonstrates deep knowledge of hotel and resort offerings Monitors competitors and develops sales targets and strategies Explores new business opportunities through research and outreach Promotes the resort with compelling communication Achieves and exceeds sales goals Nurtures key accounts and manages contracts Maintains detailed and delivers exceptional guest experiences Collaborates seamlessly across departments to exceed guest expectations Requirements Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Tourism, Business Studies, Marketing, Management or any related fields. Proficient in both Mandarin & English 1-2 years' background in hotel sales and corporate servicing is a must. Fluent in English. Adaptable, flexible, and able to multi-task under pressure. Knowledge of sales functions: qualification, negotiation, account management. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent sales presentation, organizational and negotiation skills. Passionate about customer service. Proficient in MS Office and hotel systems like Opera and Delphi.
