The company is expanding rapidly and launching a new high-frequency marketing service that requires stronger client-facing communication, tighter project coordination, and senior SEO strategy ownership. The focus is on building a remote layer that bridges geography, time zones, and client expectations.

 

Role Overview: 

The Account Manager is responsible for owning client relationships and serving as the primary point of contact. This role focuses on clear, consistent client communication, understanding client needs, and building long-term partnerships to ensure satisfaction and successful account outcomes.
 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow relationships with U.S.-based clients through proactive communication, clear reporting, and effective expectation management.
