About the role: Seeking a seasoned Senior Account Manager to champion our client partnerships, oversee vital communications, and facilitate the transition of prospects and existing accounts through our sales and fulfillment cycles. This position demands absolute English proficiency, exceptional relational capabilities, and the capacity to cultivate trust within high-stakes, partnership-focused dialogues.

Key Responsibilities

 
  • Manage client and prospect communication in a professional, timely manner
  • Support relationship-driven sales conversations and follow-ups
  • Maintain and update CRM records and sales activities
  • Assist with pipeline organization, follow-up sequences, and client coordination
  • Work closely with leadership to support account growth and client satisfaction
  • Help organize workflows and communication related to ongoing accounts
  • Represent the company professionally in meetings and written communication
  • Support sales-related marketing or operational follow-up processes as needed

 

Required Qualifications

  • Strong account management or client relationship experience
  • Excellent English fluency, both written and verbal
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • High degree of professionalism and emotional intelligence
  • Experience with CRMs and sales workflow tools
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through consistently
  • Comfortable supporting relationship-based, high-trust business conversations

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in high-ticket or B2B sales environments
  • Familiarity with Attio or similar CRM systems
  • Experience with follow-up sequences and pipeline management
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Values alignment with a mission-driven or Christian company culture
