Your mission is to hunt for and qualify high-level opportunities. You will take curated lead lists and priority tiers to execute a multi-channel outreach strategy (Email, Phone, and LinkedIn).
This is not just selling "marketing"—you are selling solutions to real business problems.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Multi-Channel Outreach: Execute consistent outreach via Email, LinkedIn, and Cold Calling to prioritized lead lists
- →CRM & Workflow Management: Maintain excellent CRM hygiene and work within Google Docs and AI-driven workflows
- →Lead Qualification: Identify the key "hook" for each prospect and translate the value proposition into booked meetings
- →Collaboration: Work closely with leadership to refine the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and adjust outreach strategies
- →Strategic Appointment Setting: Manage the full hand-off from initial interest to confirmed meetings
- B2B Sales Professional: Proven track record in B2B sales, comfortable with sales cycles ranging from 2 weeks to 4 months
- Technically Savvy: Comfortable using modern tools and AI to improve workflow efficiency
- Creative/Media Background (Bonus): Experience in media or creative industries is a strong advantage
- Resourceful: Able to think critically, adapt messaging, and solve prospect challenges without relying heavily on scripts
