About the Role

  • Proven track record in outbound sales, business development, and deal-closing.

  • Direct experience with Amazon Seller Central.

  • Strong understanding of Amazon/Shopify ecosystems and DTC brand dynamics.

  • Proficiency with sales enablement and CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Close, etc.).

  • Experience leveraging Amazon analytics tools (Helium 10, Jungle Scout).

  • Polished, professional, and client-facing communicator.

  • Entrepreneurial, hungry, and results-driven mindset.

  • Strategic thinker with the maturity to operate at a director level.

  • Independent self-starter with the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.

  • Adaptable and quick to learn new systems, processes, and markets.


  • 5+ years of experience in business development, outbound sales, or partnerships.

  • Prior success in agency, marketing services, or ecommerce (Amazon/Shopify focus).

  • Preferred regions: South Africa (strong cultural/English alignment) or Latin America (Colombia, Brazil, Argentina, Mexico).

  • Geography is flexible if Amazon experience and seniority requirements are met.
