Role: Inbound High-Ticket Sales Representative
Priority Location: South Africa
Working Hours: 40 hours per week (Mon - Fri) EST TBD
Salary Range: $1,500 - $2,500 USD ($) base salary per month with commission. (The final offer is at the client’s discretion and depends on the candidate’s interview result, skills, and experience.)
Type of contract: Independent Contractor
Type of job: Remote
The Opportunity:
We are looking for exceptional Inbound High-Ticket Sales Closers to join an established, high-performing sales organization.
This is not an SDR, BDR, appointment-setting, or lead-generation position. There is no expectation that the successful candidate will spend their day generating cold leads. The company already has a strong inbound marketing engine.
Your responsibility begins when a qualified prospective customer enters the sales process. From there, you will own the relationship through the full sales cycle—from initial discovery and needs analysis through education, objection handling, recommendation, closing, and ultimately securing payment.
You will primarily sell over the phone, although video conversations may also be used where appropriate.
This is a high-ticket, consultative sale involving sophisticated asset-protection services. Success therefore requires significantly more than following a script. You will need to establish credibility quickly, understand the prospective client's circumstances, communicate complex concepts clearly, build trust, navigate objections professionally, and confidently ask for the business.
Key Responsibilities:
Inbound Lead Management
- Own and convert inbound leads generated via paid media, digital content, and marketing channels into revenue (zero cold calling).
- Move qualified prospects seamlessly through the complete sales pipeline.
Consultative Discovery & Qualification
- Lead deep-dive discovery conversations to evaluate prospective clients' business structures, real estate, personal assets, and risk exposures.
- Uncover client motivations, financial priorities, decision-making criteria, and urgency.
Solution Education & Value Articulation
- Translate complex financial structures (trusts, LLCs, asset protection strategies) into clear, compelling, and accessible concepts.
- Position high-ticket solutions ($30,000 average transaction value) by establishing strong ROI and trust.
Full-Cycle Closing
- Manage the entire sales cycle independently from initial discovery call to closing, payment capture, and client onboarding handoff.
- Conduct polished, consultative sales presentations tailored to high-net-worth clients, business owners, and investors.
Executive-Level Communication & Trust Building
- Engage confidently with high-net-worth individuals and entrepreneurs, maintaining a professional, commercially intelligent demeanor.
- Address detailed, high-level inquiries while establishing personal and organizational credibility.
Objection Handling & Deal Resolution
- Intelligently navigate complex objections around price, timing, trust, risk, and structural complexity without relying on high-pressure tactics.
- Guide prospects through critical financial decisions by addressing root concerns and driving clarity.
Pipeline Management & Relentless Follow-Up
- Maintain rigorous, professional follow-up cadence to ensure qualified opportunities move consistently through the pipeline.
- Maintain clean CRM records, pipeline metrics, and accurate forecasting.
Professional Development & Coaching
- Actively participate in daily sales meetings, call reviews, ongoing product training, and performance coaching.
- Master company offerings and stay updated on evolving asset protection strategies and structures.
Required Experience & Qualifications:
- Demonstrable success in a full-cycle sales closing role
- Strong preference for candidates who have ranked among the top performers within previous sales organizations
- Experience selling high-ticket products or services
- Proven ability to close directly over the phone
- Experience managing the full process from discovery through payment
- Strong consultative selling ability
- Excellent objection-handling skills
- Experience communicating with business owners, executives, affluent consumers, or other sophisticated buyers
- Exceptional spoken and written English
- Highly professional telephone presence
- Strong commercial awareness
- Ability to learn complex products and concepts quickly
- Comfortable working within a structured, performance-driven sales environment
- Comfortable working U.S. East Coast hours from South Africa
Highly Desirable Backgrounds:
Candidates may come from high-ticket sales environments such as:
- Financial services
- Legal services
- Wealth-related services
- Insurance
- Business consulting
- Professional services
- Investment-related services
- High-ticket B2C or B2B services
- Other complex consultative sales environments
Direct asset-protection experience is not stated as mandatory. What matters most is evidence that the candidate can successfully learn and sell a complex, high-trust, high-value solution.
Communication Standard:
Candidates will represent the company directly with U.S.-based entrepreneurs, business owners, investors, and high-net-worth clients.
They must therefore demonstrate:
- Clear, neutral, highly understandable English
- Strong listening skills
- Professional vocabulary
- Executive-level confidence
- Ability to explain complicated concepts simply
- Strong questioning ability
- Natural rapport-building skills
- Confidence without arrogance
- Persuasiveness without sounding overly aggressive
What Will Make Someone Successful Here:
The strongest candidates will combine five things:
- Proven closing ability
- You have measurable evidence that you can convert opportunities into revenue.
- Intellectual horsepower
- You can learn sophisticated financial and asset-protection concepts and explain them intelligently.
- Executive communication
- You can confidently speak with successful business owners and high-net-worth individuals.
- Competitive drive
- You want to be at the top of the leaderboard rather than comfortably sitting in the middle.
- Coachability
- You are willing to enter an established sales system, participate in daily training, accept feedback, and continue improving.
Why Join?:
This is an opportunity to join an established U.S. company that already has:
- A proven sales process
- Significant inbound lead generation
- A large digital audience
- An experienced domestic sales team
- Daily sales training
- Long-tenured leadership
- High-value products
- An established track record of producing successful sales professionals
Rather than being asked to build a sales engine from scratch, you will step into an existing environment where the leads, product, training, and sales infrastructure are already in place.
For an ambitious South African closer who wants exposure to the U.S. market, sophisticated clients, high-ticket sales, and meaningful performance-based earning potential, this is an opportunity to demonstrate what top-tier offshore sales talent can achieve.
