About the Role
~1 min readThis is a high-impact, senior-level operator role designed for a strategic "right hand" rather than a traditional assistant. As the consulting practice enters its launch phase, the founder requires an autonomous self-starter to build the operational backbone from the ground up. You will bridge the gap between strategy and execution, managing everything from CRM architecture and prospect research to client onboarding and complex data normalization. This is an entrepreneurial environment where you will transform ambiguity into scalable systems.
Responsibilities

- →Systems Architecture: Build, document, and refine SOPs, workflows, and operational systems to ensure scalability.
- →Client Onboarding: Lead the intake and organization of critical client documentation, including contracts, SLAs, and invoices.
- →Data Management: Normalize and structure client AP data and operational information within spreadsheets for analysis.
- →Project Coordination: Support baseline cost analysis, vendor outreach, and quote collection to drive consulting results.
- →Stakeholder Liaison: Coordinate with corporate support teams to leverage marketing assets and internal resources effectively.
Business Development & GTM Support
- →Pipeline Management: Maintain high levels of CRM hygiene and track outreach activity across the sales funnel.
- →Market Research: Conduct prospect research, build targeted lead lists, and support LinkedIn/email outreach campaigns.
- →Growth Support: Coordinate appointment setting, manage direct mail initiatives, and assemble professional pitch materials and presentations.
