Act as the primary, dedicated point of contact for property owners and tenants, ensuring clear, timely, and empathetic communication.

Build trust and rapport with a wide range of personalities to deliver a consistently positive customer experience.

Manage the full lifecycle of property maintenance work orders, including data entry, scheduling, continuous follow-up, and successful closure.

Coordinate vendor appointments and maintain effective communication pipelines with contractors to ensure timely service delivery.

Proactively solicit, compile, and evaluate competitive vendor bids for specialized maintenance or large-scale repair projects.

Coordinate and schedule routine property inspections and ad-hoc spot checks as required.

Collaborate closely with the internal corporate accounting team to resolve invoice discrepancies, verify contractor charges, and ensure accurate billing outputs for owners.

Requirements
