Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary, dedicated point of contact for property owners and tenants, ensuring clear, timely, and empathetic communication.

  • Build trust and rapport with a wide range of personalities to deliver a consistently positive customer experience.

  • Manage the full lifecycle of property maintenance work orders, including data entry, scheduling, continuous follow-up, and successful closure.

  • Coordinate vendor appointments and maintain effective communication pipelines with contractors to ensure timely service delivery.

  • Proactively solicit, compile, and evaluate competitive vendor bids for specialized maintenance or large-scale repair projects.

  • Coordinate and schedule routine property inspections and ad-hoc spot checks as required.

  • Collaborate closely with the internal corporate accounting team to resolve invoice discrepancies, verify contractor charges, and ensure accurate billing outputs for owners.
