About the Role
~1 min readWe're looking for a high-performing Sales & Account Manager, a true "Right Hand", to own the full customer journey and keep our operational machine running without friction. You won't just manage accounts; you'll be the bridge between our clients and our procurement team, ensuring every project is delivered on time, every quote goes out within 24 hours, and no opportunity is left on the table. This is a high-impact, client-facing role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and builds long-term partnerships with intention.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Lead high-level meetings and calls with existing and new clients, you are the face of the brand for project updates and relationship management
- →Receive, process, and submit 100% of quote requests within 24 hours, coordinating with the procurement team to ensure accurate pricing
- →Manage and grow a portfolio of existing client accounts, proactively identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities (target: 2+ per month)
- →Run a rigorous follow-up sequence for open quotes and inactive past clients to ensure no revenue is left on the table
- →Act as the daily liaison between clients and the procurement/logistics team, ensuring seamless fulfillment of every commitment made
- →Maintain a 90%+ client retention rate and actively drive referrals (target: 1 qualified referral per every 3 closed projects)
- →Keep the CRM (Pipedrive) and Airtable updated in real time — every interaction, meeting note, and project stage logged accurately
- →Prepare proposals, contracts, and renewal negotiations
- →Report on pipeline health, retention metrics, and client feedback to leadership
- 2+ years of experience in sales, account management, or a client-facing commercial role
- Fluent, impeccable written and spoken English, Western business proficiency is non-negotiable
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and retention KPIs
- CRM mastery: hands-on experience with Pipedrive, HubSpot, or Salesforce
- Proficient with Airtable, Google Sheets, and project management tools
- Strong sales intuition, comfortable asking for referrals and recommending higher-value solutions that genuinely benefit the client
- Assertive and organized: able to push internal teams for answers and hold clients accountable to deadlines
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting across time zones
