Our client is a premier franchisee —a industry-leading provider of comprehensive technology and managed IT services across North America. Supporting high-growth businesses, we deliver end-to-end solutions designed to protect critical systems, optimize IT performance, ensure cybersecurity, and build scalable infrastructure for long-term expansion.
As one of the largest operation networks in the ecosystem (spanning Georgia and Tennessee), the company is scaling its internal sales engine. We are bringing our Sales Development Representative (SDR) function in-house to build a long-term presence and expand our client base across U.S. markets.
We are seeking a proactive, articulate, and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to serve as the tip of the spear for our outbound sales efforts. Working closely with executive leadership and sales teams, you will identify, contact, qualify, and schedule meetings with key U.S.-based decision-makers (C-level executives, business owners, and IT directors).
This is a high-volume, outbound business development role that requires strong professional communication, persistence, and effective pipeline management. While technical proficiency in IT is not required day one, a genuine curiosity for business technology, cybersecurity, and emerging AI tools is essential.
