You will focus on targeting construction companies in Florida and Arizona, utilizing various outreach channels to generate leads. Working closely with sales leadership, you will play a critical role in refining messaging and booking qualified appointments to fuel the sales pipeline.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Conduct comprehensive outbound sales activities, including cold calling, cold emailing, and LinkedIn outreach, to identify new business opportunities.
• Target specific prospects within the construction industry in Florida and Arizona to build a focused client base.
• Book qualified appointments to consistently feed and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
• Collaborate with sales leadership to align on strategic messaging, targeting criteria, and performance metrics.
• Execute persistent follow-up strategies to convert leads into scheduled meetings.
Minimum Requirements:
Full-time availability of 30–40 hours per week during US Eastern Time (Required).
• Strong sales mindset with proven experience in outbound prospecting and cold outreach (Required).
• Fluent English proficiency with excellent verbal and written communication skills (Required).
• Familiarity with the construction industry and its terminology (Preferred).
• Ability to work autonomously as an independent contractor while collaborating effectively with a team (Required).
Language requirement: Excellent English Communication Skills
Education: Bachelor's Degree (ideally)
Experience: 3+ years of related experience- Non negotiable
