About the Company: Pet care company founded in 2018. 


About the Role: We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Talent Coordinator to support  the Talent Acquisition team. This offshore role will be responsible for candidate  sourcing, recruiting outreach, interview scheduling, administrative recruiting  support, and coordination between candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers.  The Talent Coordinator will play a critical role in building candidate pipelines,  supporting the hiring process, and delivering an exceptional candidate experience  while helping  attract top talent. 

The ideal candidate has experience using the Greenhouse Applicant Tracking  System (ATS), excels at managing multiple priorities, and is passionate about  delivering an exceptional candidate experience. 

 

This role offers growth opportunities to expand beyond sourcing and  coordination responsibilities into conducting candidate video screenings and  supporting candidate assessment activities as the individual develops a deep  understanding of the company’s  brand, culture, values, and hiring expectations. 

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

     Talent Sourcing + Candidate Outreach 

  • Source qualified candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, job boards,  professional networks, databases, and other sourcing channels. 
  • Build and maintain candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs. 
  • Conduct targeted outreach campaigns to engage passive and active  candidates. 
  • Track sourcing activity and candidate engagement metrics. 
  • Support diversity sourcing initiatives and talent mapping projects. 

Recruiting Coordination + Scheduling 

  • Coordinate and schedule phone screens, virtual interviews, and onsite  interviews across multiple time zones within the US.
  • Manage candidate communications throughout the recruitment process.
  • Coordinate calendars between candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers. 
  • Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience from initial contact  through hiring decisions. 

     Administrative Recruiting Support 

  • Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting workflows within  Greenhouse ATS. 
  • Post and manage job openings across recruiting platforms. 
  • Prepare interview materials, candidate packets, and interview schedules. 
  • Assist with offer letter preparation and onboarding coordination as needed. 
  • Generate recruiting reports and provide pipeline updates to Talent  Acquisition leadership. 
  • Ensure recruiting documentation and candidate records are complete,  accurate, and compliant with company standards. 

     Hiring Manager Support 

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and sourcing  priorities. 
  • Assist with screening coordination and interview logistics. 
  • Monitor interview feedback completion and follow up with stakeholders as  needed. 
  • Help maintain recruiting process compliance and documentation  standards. 
  • Serve as a reliable recruiting partner by providing timely updates and  supporting hiring managers throughout the recruitment process. 

     Candidate Screening Support 

  • Conduct initial candidate screenings for designated roles as needed.
  •  Evaluate candidate qualifications against job requirements.
  •  Document screening outcomes and recommendations within Greenhouse.
  • Escalate qualified candidates to recruiters and hiring managers for next step consideration. 
  • As knowledge of the company, culture, and hiring standards develops,  progressively participate in and conduct video screening interviews for  select positions. 
  • Assess candidate alignment with organizational values, communication  skills, and role-specific qualifications during video screenings. 
  • Provide detailed candidate summaries and recommendations to recruiters and hiring managers following screening interviews. 
  • Support a consistent and positive candidate experience while representing the company's employer brand. 



 

Qualifications:

 
  • 2+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, talent sourcing,  recruitment operations, or talent acquisition support. 
  • Experience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and  other recruiting platforms. 
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills. 
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. 
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions and competing priorities  simultaneously. 
  • Experience coordinating interviews across multiple time zones.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. 
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with recruiters and hiring managers in a remote environment. 

Nice to have: 

 
  • Hands-on experience using Greenhouse ATS. 
  • Experience supporting U.S.-based recruiting teams. 
  • Experience conducting phone or video candidate screenings.
  • Knowledge of recruiting best practices and candidate engagement  strategies. 
  • Experience supporting high-volume or multi-location hiring. Familiarity with recruitment metrics and reporting. 
  • Ability to evaluate candidate qualifications, communication skills, and  cultural alignment. 
  • Interest in developing recruiting and interviewing expertise within a  growing talent acquisition function.
