Sales Representative Entry Level (Work From Home)

For more than 60 years, our organization has worked alongside members of over 40,000 unions, associations, and professional groups across North America. The individuals and families we serve include teachers, firefighters, veterans, nurses, and many other working professionals.

Many employer-provided benefits can change or end when someone retires or leaves their position. Our role is to connect with members who have requested information through their union or association and help them better understand the supplemental benefit programs available to them.

As a representative, you’ll meet with members virtually, learn about their individual circumstances, explain available coverage in straightforward terms, answer questions, and help them understand the options they may qualify for.

With our virtual service model, representatives can now assist families remotely while building their careers from home.

You may be a strong candidate if you have:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Good organization and time-management abilities
• A professional and dependable approach
• Comfort communicating with clients virtually
• The ability to work independently and stay motivated
• A willingness to learn and follow an established process

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Customer service, retail, or other people-focused experience is an asset but not required
• Post-secondary education is welcomed but not required

Previous industry experience is not necessary. Training and ongoing support are provided to help qualified candidates learn the role and develop the skills needed to succeed.

Our recruiting and interview process is conducted remotely. Selected candidates will complete their interviews through video conferencing, allowing the entire process to be completed from home.
