Sales Representative

We are looking for a commission-based sales representative from the America who can handle discovery calls with warm leads. The role focuses on speaking with interested prospects, understanding their needs, and guiding them toward the next step in the sales process. There is no fixed salary. Income is commission-only, with earnings based on closed deals.

Responsibilities:

Conduct scheduled discovery calls with warm leads
Understand prospect needs and present our service clearly
Qualify leads based on our criteria
Follow a simple script and call flow
Submit brief call notes after each conversation
Maintain consistent communication and professionalism
Qualifications:

Strong English communication skills
Experience in sales, appointment setting, or client-facing roles
Confident speaking with business owners and decision-makers
Self-motivated and comfortable with commission-only work
Reliable internet and quiet work environment
Compensation:

Commission-based only
Commission paid for every client who signs up
Performance bonuses may be available
