i-Ready - Sales Coordinator

The Sales Coordinator is responsible for driving and promoting B2C services, including Poni Divers diving and water sports activities, and B2B services such as Poni Marine commercial services, ASTARI sustainability services, and Poni Adventures corporate team-building. This role coordinates sales activities and supports the sales team in achieving targets. The Sales Coordinator maintains and updates CRM and customer databases, tracks sales performance, and prepares reports, forecasts, presentations, and other documentation for management. Additionally, the role involves responding to client inquiries, following up on leads, maintaining strong relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders, and liaising with marketing, operations, and other teams to ensure smooth service delivery. The position also monitors order processing, delivery schedules, and after-sales support, assists in organizing sales events, promotions, and campaigns, and handles administrative tasks related to sales and record-keeping. Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in sales support, coordination, or customer service preferred. Experience working with sales teams, CRM systems, and managing client communications. Sales or customer service training, such as CRM, sales techniques, or negotiation skills, is preferred. Certification in sales management or business administration is optional.
