Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Developer Lead to join our team and spearhead the development of venture programs, run startup acceleration programs, and provide robust support to startups or SMEs within our ecosystem. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the innovation ecosystem, along with a proven track record of driving success in similar roles. Responsibilities: Develop and implement venture programs aimed at fostering innovation and growth within our ecosystem. Lead and manage startup acceleration programs, providing guidance, mentorship, and resources to participating startups. Offer comprehensive support to startups and SMEs, assisting them with funding applications, strategic planning, and business development initiatives. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including startups, investors, mentors, and industry partners. Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and market dynamics to identify new opportunities for growth and innovation. Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of programs and initiatives. Track and analyze program metrics and KPIs to measure success and drive continuous improvement. Uphold a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in all aspects of program development and execution. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Entrepreneurship, or a related field; Master's degree preferred. Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, startup acceleration, or a related field within the innovation ecosystem. Proven track record of developing and implementing successful venture programs and startup acceleration initiatives. Strong understanding of the startup funding landscape, including grant programs, venture capital, and angel investment. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence a diverse range of stakeholders. Highly adaptive and resourceful, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Demonstrated commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive ecosystem for startups of all backgrounds. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software applications.
