One Year Minimum
1. Doing ministry/preparing for ministry: 8 hours a week
2. Participating in meetings/training: Monthly and as scheduled
Responsibilities
~2 min read- →Reporting to their scheduled time to serve, be on time and dressed appropriately.
- →Provides smooth and efficient administrative support to the assigned leadership teams. Engages in activities that are broad and changeable in nature, including the coordination of special projects, arrangement of conferences, and preparation of presentations.
- →Produce correspondence, presentations, meeting agendas, emails, and any external mailings.
- →Support with general office administration, Executive Administrative Assistant, Executive, Admin Coordinator, and assigned Admin Specialist.
- →May run reports in excel, access, business objects, and other data gathering programs.
- →May input and update data into Churchteams.
- →May help to keep organization charts up to date as directed.
- →May send out flyers, brochures, and ministry correspondence.
- →Attend group meetings, conference call related to your specific team to ensure proper communication.
- →Exhibits excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, self-motivator.
10. Must be able to exercise good judgment, discretion, and maintain confidentiality of records and information.
11. Must be collaborative and an effective team member and team builder.
12. Demonstrates expert written and verbal communication skills, strong decision-making ability, and attention to detail.
13. Have open availability to assist when needed.
14. Inform the Administrative Specialist when they are scheduled out or if an emergency arises and they cannot be in attendance.
15. Attend all staff meetings and scheduled youth events unless advanced notice has been given.
16. Maintain communication with the Youth Ministry via text, email, GroupMe, etc.
