About the Role

We prioritize drive and demonstrated success in whatever sales role you’ve been in before — we care far less about fancy pedigrees or a resume with “brand name” companies. Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Sell into Verkada’s largest, most strategic accounts (F500)
- →Consistently source and close net-new business
- →Build an intimate understanding of Verkada's products and their place in the industry
- →Own the full sales cycle, from source to close
- →Maintain an accurate pipeline with expert-level forecasting
- →Act as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert to customers and channel partners
- →Provide market/client feedback to Verkada’s product/engineering team
- →This role requires regular travel, estimated to be more than 50% of the time, including both domestic and international destinations as needed. The successful candidate must be comfortable with frequent travel to support business operations, customer and partner engagements and team collaboration.
- 6-10+ years of sales experience exceeding quota consistently
- Experience selling into F500 accounts
- A proven track record of successfully selling enterprise B2B solutions in the technology space
- A history of breaking into and developing greenfield territories in a enterprise/major accounts role
- Hunter mentality with solid sales DNA
- Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills
- Ability and willingness to travel
- Bachelors degree strongly preferred

Annual Pay Range
At Verkada, we want to attract and retain the best employees, and compensate them in a way that appropriately and fairly values their individual contribution to the company. With that in mind, we carefully consider a number of factors to determine the appropriate starting pay for an employee, including their primary work location and an assessment of a candidate's skills and experience, as well as market demands and internal parity. A Verkada employee may be eligible for additional forms of compensation, depending on their role, including sales incentives, discretionary bonuses, and/or equity in the company in the form of restricted stock units (RSUs)
Below is the annual on-target earnings (OTE) range for full-time employees for this position, comprised of base compensation and commissions (if applicable).
