We’re hiring a New Construction Sales Rep to help grow our relationships with builders and contractors. This role focuses on closing new-construction roofing jobs and managing projects from start to finish.

Responsibilities

→Build relationships with builders, GCs, and developers
→Generate new business through prospecting and networking
→Estimate and present roofing proposals
→Manage jobs from sale through completion
→Stay on top of timelines, communication, and follow-ups

Sales experience in New Construction Roofing Sales
Network of builders and contractors
Strong communication and people skills
Self-motivated and money-driven
Organized and able to manage multiple jobs at once
Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation
