- 大专及以上学历，暖通空调、制冷、机电等相关专业优先；
- 3年以上中央空调、楼宇自动化、机电设备或服务业务销售经验；
- 熟悉中央空调系统及相关机电设备，具备基础技术理解能力；
- 具备优秀的新客户开发能力，有陌生拜访及成功获取新客户经验；
- 具备较强的客户需求挖掘、商务谈判和解决方案销售能力；
- 结果导向，具备较强的市场开拓意识、抗压能力和自我驱动力；
- 良好的沟通协调能力，能够整合内部资源推动业务达成
