→Oversee and regularly visit stations across the assigned region maintaining close contact with Branch Managers and their teams
→Drive the sales and service performance of the assigned region through defined KPIs and performance targets
→Work closely with Branch Managers to ensure smooth daily operations, and effectively manage staffing and fleet operations
→Monitor costs and expenses, ensuring effective cost control and adherence to company standards, policies and operational procedures
→Develop and implement initiatives to increase market penetration, revenue and overall branch performance through effective planning and regular communication with the teams
→Lead, coach and develop Branch Managers and their teams, fostering a motivated and high-performing environment
→Conduct regular performance reviews with Branch Managers, providing feedback and identifying opportunities for improvement and development

Minimum 2 years of proven experience in a similar Area Manager role, or at least 5 years of experience as a Store Manager in a large retail chain
Proven experience in people management and team leadership
Strong sales, negotiation and presentation skills
Proven ability to deliver results and consistently achieve or exceed targets
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate, coach and develop teams
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Very good command of written and spoken English
Previous experience in the car rental, mobility or retail industry will be considered an advantage
A bachelor's degree will be considered an advantage
Willingness and availability to travel frequently within the assigned region
