Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Grow the business in Sri Lanka by expanding the partner network and finding new sales opportunities.
- →Find and sign up AV integrators, resellers, and other channel partners.
- →Build solid relationships with large business customers, partners, consultants, and key decision-makers.
- →Create new leads and manage the sales pipeline from first contact through to closing the deal.
- →Hold meetings and presentations with customers and partners, and run product demos.
- →Work closely with the distributor and the internal team to develop and close deals.
- →Keep an eye on market trends, competitors, and new business openings.
Requirements
~1 min read- A college or university degree.
- 3–4 years of experience in AV, unified communications, video conferencing, or collaboration solutions.
- A strong existing network of partners and customers in Sri Lanka.
- Proven background in B2B sales or business development.
- Good understanding of the AV and collaboration industry.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, target-focused, and willing to travel across Sri Lanka.
- Preferred: an established network among AV integrators, system integrators, resellers, and business customers in Sri Lanka.
