Sales Manager

We are looking for an individual who is able to grow and maintain a customer base, has a successful record training others, and a strong customer service focus to join our team as SALES MANAGER at our Ft. Lauderdale branch, located in Deerfield Beach, FL.  The salary range for this position $85,000-$100,000, depending on experience.  There is also opportunity for a branch performance based bonus. We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager preferably in the service industry that wants to be a key player on a winning team.

• →Prospect for new business using innovative techniques along with cold calling
• →Grow customer sales base in residential and commercial markets
• →Maintain and expand existing commercial business base
• →Ensure monthly and annual sales quotas are achieved
• →Coach and develop sales & service team using hands on training methods
• →Monitor and review performance standards weekly with sales & service teams

• Must have a valid driver's license.
• High School diploma or equivalent required. 
• 3-5 years prior management experience;
• Plumbing and sewer and drain knowledge a plus.
