Working closely with Risk Advisors, carriers, and internal service teams, you will use your technical expertise to address coverage needs and ensure accurate policy administration. The role combines independent account ownership, relationship management, and collaboration in a dynamic environment. You will also contribute to process improvements and help develop less experienced team members while continuing to strengthen your insurance market knowledge.

  • Manage and service a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts across a variety of industries, risk profiles, and levels of complexity.

  • Coordinate new business and renewal activities, leveraging shared services to support efficient and accurate account management.

  • Review policies and coverage documents for accuracy, identify potential coverage gaps or concerns, and recommend appropriate follow-up.

  • Support carrier marketing activities and maintain productive relationships with insurance carrier partners.

  • Prepare and maintain insurance applications, loss runs, schedules, proposals, and coverage summaries.

  • Deliver timely, accurate, and professional service to clients, carriers, and internal stakeholders.

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of insurance products, coverage options, carrier resources, and market trends through ongoing learning and professional development.

  • Support the onboarding, development, and knowledge-sharing of less experienced service team members.

  • Ensure compliance with agency procedures, quality standards, and documentation requirements.

  • Participate in training, professional development activities, agency initiatives, and cross-functional projects.
