CPT-11127 Lead Generation & AI Automation Virtual Assistant

- Research and build targeted prospect lists.
- Develop and maintain a worldwide directory of property managers, facility managers, and cleaning companies.
- Identify qualified leads within commercial real estate and commercial cleaning industries.
- Verify contact information and maintain accurate lead databases.
- Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify and research potential prospects.
- Connect with decision-makers and industry contacts.
- Support relationship-building and lead nurturing activities.
- Track prospect engagement and follow-up opportunities.
- Conduct outreach through email, LinkedIn, and other approved channels.
- Qualify prospects and schedule discovery calls or appointments.
- Maintain organized records of outreach activities and results.
- Follow up with prospects to increase engagement and response rates.
- Track lead generation activities and campaign performance.
- Maintain accurate records within CRM and outreach systems.
- Prepare reports on lead generation efforts, appointments booked, and outreach metrics.
- Document workflows and process improvements.
Requirements

- Familiarity with AI automation tools and workflow platforms.
- Experience supporting sales, marketing, or business development teams.
- Knowledge of commercial real estate, property management, or cleaning service industries.
- Experience with appointment setting and outbound outreach.
