WHO YOU ARE:
The Criss Cole Rehabilitation Center (CCRC) Administrative Assistant III performs complex (journey-level) administrative support work. Work involves disseminating information, maintaining filing systems and performing internal administrative support work. May provide guidance to others. Works under general supervision, with moderate latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment. If selected for this position, you must be willing and able to participate in an blindfold-immersion training program and must be able to work 8AM-5PM Monday - Friday.
YOU WILL BE TRUSTED TO:
- Prepare and disseminate information concerning agency programs and services.
- Prepare, edit, and distribute correspondence, reports, studies, forms, and documents.
- Ensure accessibility training is current and all materials are accessible and implements universal design.
- Perform general office duties such as filing, answering and routing phone calls, routing mail, and ordering and maintaining office supplies.
- Respond to inquiries and interprets rules, regulations, policies and procedures.
- Coordinate meetings, conferences, and seminars.
- Participate in the planning and execution of an agency program.
- Compile and enters data for charts, graphs, databases, summaries or reports.
- Assist in the development of administrative or technical assistance policies and procedures.
- Provide assistance answering and routing phone calls, taking messages, and greeting and directing visitors to the appropriate staff as needed.
- Manage and maintain schedules and travel arrangements for managers and directors.
- Prepare and compile presentation and training materials.
- Organize and maintain schedules and travel arrangements for managers and directors.
- May provide guidance to others.
- Perform related work as assigned.
YOU QUALIFY WITH:
- Two years of full-time experience that provided knowledge of administrative support functions and office practices and procedures, or clerical administration and business management practices, such as preparation, maintenance, and control of forms, records and reports.
- Relevant academic credits may be applied toward experience qualifications for this position.
