- →Build, optimize, and manage sales pipelines, CRM systems, and follow-up workflows.
- →Collaborate closely with Marketing to align lead generation, messaging, and conversion strategies.
- →Oversee and track key sales metrics including conversion rates, deal velocity, close rates, and revenue targets.
- →Develop and enforce sales SOPs to ensure consistency, accountability, and repeatable results.
- →Recruit, train, and manage sales reps, setters, or closers as the sales team scales.
- →Handle or oversee high-value sales conversations and strategic negotiations.
- →Provide leadership with insights on objections, pricing, positioning, and market feedback.
- →Foster a performance-driven sales culture focused on ownership, execution, and continuous improvement.
