Executive AssistantAdministration & Office Support

At Axon, we’re on a mission to Protect Life. We’re explorers, pursuing society’s most critical safety and justice issues with our ecosystem of devices and cloud software. Like our products, we work better together. We connect with candor and care, seeking out diverse perspectives from our customers, communities and each other.

Life at Axon is fast-paced, challenging and meaningful. Here, you’ll take ownership and drive real change. Constantly grow as you work hard for a mission that matters at a company where you matter.

We are looking for a high-potential, early-career Executive Assistant to support our Chief Human Officer based in Boston. This is not a traditional EA role — it’s a launchpad opportunity for someone just starting out in their career who is intellectually curious, highly capable, and eager to operate at the center of a fast-moving, high-impact organization.

You will serve as a force multiplier to the Chief Human Officer, helping drive efficiency, clarity, and execution across a wide range of priorities and administrative tasks. In addition to core executive support, you will gain exposure to strategic People Operations initiatives and cross-functional projects across the company.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity, embraces ownership, leverages AI and data to work smarter, and is excited to learn how a modern People function operates at scale.
