We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Paralegal to join the Community Association team. The ideal candidate will excel in a professional and team-oriented environment. The role requires excellent communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Prepare conflict information for submission to the Conflicts Department.
- →Draft retainer agreements for final review and approval.
- →Manage file organization, including opening and closing files in accordance with departmental protocols.
- →Enter and maintain client contact information in the Interaction database.
- →Provide general administrative and clerical support as needed, including assembling packages and correspondence.
- →Assist with month-end billing processes.
- →Serve as the liaison between the regional office and the marketing department, coordinating and representing the firm at events such as seminars, trade shows, workshops, and webinars.
- →Performs other duties as assigned.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal and customer service abilities.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills, with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to efficiently organize files and manage workflow.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
- Familiarity with iManage, FileSite, and Aderant preferred.
- High School Diploma required; Associate degree preferred.
- A minimum of two years’ related experience in a law firm or corporate legal department environment required.
