As the Office Coordinator, based 5 days per week at our Southbank Office, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the office. This role involves a combination of administration and clerical tasks aimed at supporting the team and enhancing the overall efficiency of the office environment.

Here’s what a typical day might look like for you:

  • Reception – based at our front desk reception, answering phone calls in a timely manner.
  • Administrative Support- Provide admin support to office staff, including scheduling meetings, organising calendars and preparing documents as required. Order office supplies and ensure adequate inventory and organising couriers. Processing invoices and expenses. Provide high-quality support to the management team and other departments.
  • Overseeing the maintenance of the office facilities & office equipment. Coordinate with IT support any technical issues, manage relationships with vendors, service providers and landlord.
  • Events- Assist in planning and organising any office events, meetings, and conferences. Coordinate catering for office, meetings, and events.
  • Coordination – Assist in the preparation and coordination of department projects. Organise staff car parking as required for teams/project sites. Provide building access to all staff.
  • Marketing – Coordinate local marketing, communications and engagement activities, including events, content gathering, stakeholder liaison and brand-related initiatives, in partnership with national Marketing and Brand teams.

  • Previous experience in an Administrative, Reception or Coordination role, where your multitasking skills and creative flare shine through.
  • Proficient in the MS Office suite
  • Strong communication and organisation skills, along with your eye for detail will see your success in this role!
