About the Role

CMW has maintained year-on-year growth since its establishment in 2012, and the Auckland office is seeking a full-time Junior Office Administrator. 

Responsibilities

    • Efficient running of the office including supplies, mail, calls and messages, couriers, photocopying, binding and general office maintenance.
    • General office duties including filing, stationary, reception and general office cleanliness.
    • Effective maintenance and administration of a range of office systems such as the Health & Safety System and Quality System in conjunction with the Office Manager
    • Accurate documentation of key meetings such as audits, health and safety meetings and team meetings
    • Organisation of key communications and events for staff
    • Develop positive & productive relationships with clients and our internal team
    • Contribute positively to company culture through strong and effective communication, collaborative teamwork, practical solutions and having each other's backs
    • Ad hoc tasks as directed by the Office Manager and team leaders including but not limited to back up for financial systems if required.

Requirements

  • Previous experience working within a professional services office environment and on quality systems
  • MYOB experience 
  • Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail and accurate
  • Clear, confident, and articulate communicator
  • Hard working, energetic and well presented
  • NZ Citizen or hold Permanent working rights in NZ without restrictions
