Learn more at www.confiemx.com We are looking for a proactive Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to our executive team, helping drive efficiency, communication, and business success across the organization. In this role, you will be a trusted partner to leadership, managing priorities, coordinating key initiatives, and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. If you enjoy problem-solving, multitasking, and working closely with senior leaders, we'd love to hear from you. What You'll Do Manage complex calendars, meetings, appointments, and executive schedules. Coordinate internal and external communications, including emails, phone calls, and correspondence. Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodation, transportation, and detailed itineraries. Prepare, edit, and proofread presentations, reports, and business documents. Organize meetings, create agendas, capture meeting minutes, and track action items. Support the planning, execution, and follow-up of key projects and strategic initiatives. Handle highly confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion. Plan and coordinate corporate events, conferences, and team gatherings. Serve as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders, fostering strong professional relationships. Help drive operational excellence by anticipating needs and proactively resolving issues. Requirements Previous experience as an Executive Assistant. Experience supporting senior leaders or executive teams preferred. Advanced English level (C1). Previous experience with Project Management methodologies (plus). Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
