Millennium Galvanizing is a proud member of the American Galvanizing Association. We operate with a lead free kettle using special High Grade Zinc that is supported by the most technologically advanced equipment in our industry.
Millennium Galvanizing can also perform painting, metalizing and paint over bare blasted steel as well as paint over galvanized steel for sensitive areas of installation that require an aesthetically pleasing coating application.

· Collects and mails correspondence, copies information.
· Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing requests.
· Serves customers by acting as a receptionist.
· Operates office machines, such as copiers, scanners, fax machines, and personal computers.
· Answers telephones, directs calls, and takes messages.
· Maintains and updates filing and mailings.
· Communicates with customers, employees, and other individuals to answer questions, and disseminate or explain information.
· Review files, records, and other documents to obtain information to respond to requests.
· Maintains office services by organizing office operations and procedures; timekeeping; controlling correspondence.
· Orders general office and cleaning supplies.
· Review and Confirm orders related to plant supply orders and office supplies, cleaning supplies etc.
· Special projects as requested.
