  • Phone Operations: Answer all incoming calls promptly within 3-4 rings, ensuring efficient client communication.
  • Visitor Reception: Greet all clients and visitors with professionalism and warmth, maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.
  • File Management: Open and close client files accurately, ensuring all data is collected and organized efficiently.
  • Front Office Maintenance: Keep reception and common areas clean and presentable to mirror the firm's professional image.
  • Client Surveys: Collect and manage client feedback using provided tools, contributing to service improvement.

              

  • Professional Experience: 1–2 years in a similar role, ideally with some longevity in prior positions.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal skills and excellent phone etiquette are essential.
  • Calm Under Pressure: Ability to handle high-volume calls and multitask without becoming overwhelmed.
  • Professional Appearance: Present a polished, business-appropriate image.
  • Self-Starter: Ability to work independently, making informed decisions without needing constant direction.
