Role Title : Sales Associate

equivalent practical experience)
Preferred Candidates or Plus Points for a Candidate:
- Excellent communications skills: verbal and written American English preferred
- Experience working with U.S. clients or international clientele in general
- Experience with proposal automation software
Responsibilities
~1 min read- → Conduct calls, send emails, and engage in other outreach methods to qualify leads and schedule appointments
- →Assist in the development of high-quality, professional, and persuasive sales proposals, RFPs (Request for Proposals), and bid responses
- →Collaborate closely with the Operations, Finance, and Legal teams to gather accurate pricing, scheduling, and logistical details for inclusion in proposals
- →Ensure 100% accuracy and compliance in all proposal documentation, meeting all submission deadlines and client specifications
- →Maintain a centralized library of up-to-date proposal templates, case studies, and standard operational documents
- →Identify and pursue potential customers through various channels, including calling, networking, and referrals
- →Under Manager guidelines , build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
- →Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries and resolving issues
- →Utilize CRM software to track leads, manage sales pipelines, and maintain accurate client information
- →Act as a primary point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- →Proactively engage with clients to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services
- →Present the companys-chartered transport solutions to prospective clients, highlighting features, benefits, and competitive advantages
- →Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals, quotes, and contracts tailored to client requirement
- →Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.
- →Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth execution of transportation services
Requirements
~1 min read- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Exceptional Communication & Interpersonal Skills
- Experience using a CRM (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Proposal Writing Skill: Demonstrated expertise in writing, editing, and producing complex sales proposals, RFPs, or competitive bids
- It is a must to have excellent English written and communication skills, and experience in communicating with all levels of an organization
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with various departments
- Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks
- Team player with a willingness to learn and adapt quickly

Requirements
~1 min read- Personal PC operating system to be used in probation period minimum requirements include Windows 11 and macOS 13 ; however, all employees should have personal laptop available at all times as a backup
- Availability over call during US (Eastern Time) working hours at all time and excellent internet connectivity preferred connection would be between (60 MBPS - 100 MBPS)
