EIP is seeking a seasoned Executive Assistant to be responsible for supporting up to four executives by executing a diverse range of responsibilities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. This candidate should be highly organized, able to manage multiple competing priorities, be comfortable scheduling meetings and responding to emails on the executive's behalf.
Key Areas of Responsibility:
- Provides executive support for the Partners and select team members
- Manages professional calendars for the Partners and helps prioritize scheduling
- Coordinates business travel arrangements, including but not limited to flight, car, and hotel accommodation, and dinner reservations for complex international travel and optimizes itineraries for efficient trip management
- Manages the stakeholders’ expenses and administrative paperwork
- Maintains high level of discretion and judgment
- Operates effectively in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment
The Ideal candidate will have:
- 5-10 years of professional experience as executive assistant in senior leadership settings
- Bachelor’s degree
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Excellent interpersonal and professional communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and superior attention to detail
- Customer-focused mindset and ability to deliver premier customer experience with comfort around senior executives
- High degree of energy and innate motivation and drive
- A “can-do” attitude and willingness to go the extra mile
