Full time hours: Monday-Friday 8:00am - 4:00pm
FISH Offers:

Job Responsibilities:
- Answer phones, emails, and texts from customers
- Enter checks and calculate bank deposits
- Schedule customers
- Handle collection for accounts
- Process credit cards
- Work with national maintenance companies
- Train cleaners on how to process invoices and work orders
- Assist with proposal preparation
Job Qualifications:
- Available to work Monday-Friday 8:00am - 4:00pm
- Experience with computers and Microsoft Office
- Outgoing personality and experience working with general public
- Excellent organizational skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Trustworthy, reliable, independent worker
- High School or GED completed
- Office related experience preferred
