We're seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our leadership team. This role requires exceptional discretion, flexibility, and the ability to manage both professional and personal tasks with equal care and attention to detail.
Manage complex calendars, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
Serve as primary point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders
Handle sensitive information with the highest level of confidentiality and discretion
Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously with competing deadlines
Screen and respond to emails, calls, and correspondence on behalf of executives
Follows up with internal and external stakeholders to hold them accountable
Plan and execute company events, offsites, and team gatherings
Coordinate office operations and serve as liaison with building management and vendors
Support special projects and initiatives as assigned
5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role
Exceptional organizational skills with proven ability to prioritize and multitask
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
High degree of professionalism, integrity, and discretion
Strong proficiency in Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets)
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Flexible schedule and willingness to handle occasional after-hours requests

Prime office location in New York, NY. This person will be able to work remotely and come to the office from time to time when needed.
