What We Offer

~1 min read

We are seeking a motivated individual with an entrepreneurial spirit who has a proven track record in client retention, strategic account management, and portfolio growth.  While this Account Manager role involves building strong client relationships and ensuring high levels of service delivery, it does not include cold calling, prospecting, or selling products/services. The focus is on client retention, satisfaction, and operational support, rather than revenue generation or sales quotas.

At Great American Insurance Group, your career will flourish. You’ll be part of a team that values innovation, collaboration, and growth. We provide the tools and support to help you thrive professionally.

We offer competitive benefits packages for full-time and part-time employees*. Full-time employees have access to medical, dental, and vision coverage, wellness plans, parental leave, adoption assistance, and tuition reimbursement. Full-time and eligible part-time employees also enjoy Paid Time Off and paid holidays, a 401(k) plan with company match, an employee stock purchase plan, and commuter benefits.

Compensation varies by role, level, and location and is influenced by skills, experience, and business needs. Your recruiter will provide details about benefits and specific compensation ranges during the hiring process. Learn more at http://www.gaig.com/careers.
