- Serve as a professional liaison between the Vice President, leadership team, and residents.
- Take accurate meeting minutes and track action items to support follow-through.
- Prepare and edit reports, correspondence, presentations, and other professional documents.
- Protect confidential and sensitive information while using sound judgment about what should be communicated and to whom.
- Support special projects, strategic initiatives, and organizational priorities.
- Help strengthen communication and collaboration among leaders and teams.
- Build positive working relationships with residents, team members, leaders, and organizational partners.
- Look for thoughtful ways to improve processes, organization, and efficiency.
- Provide additional support to Greencroft Communities as needs and priorities evolve.
- Reflect Greencroft’s mission and CROFT values of Creativity, Respect, Openness, Fairness, and Teamwork in your daily work.

- Clear, polished written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong proofreading and editing skills; copy-editing experience is preferred.
- Professional telephone and customer-service skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive working relationships.
- Discretion and sound judgment when working with confidential or sensitive information.
- The ability to determine what information should be communicated, when it should be shared, and with whom.
- The initiative to anticipate needs and move work forward with minimal direction.
